Unhealthy

Day by day I'm behind unhealthy and unhealthier. I felt my body keeps on getting weaker and weaker each day. Not enough sleep eating a lots of meat and fired foods. This Saturday going to eat pizza at pavilion again after tuition. Haiz... If there got salad i eat salad. And I'm getting fatter and fatter. What the fuck! Hate that the most. Gotta cut a little bit of food and change meat into vegetable. Need to ask mummy to buy more fruits then usual. And need to drink at least 2 liter of water a day! Don't like to drink water don't know why. My lips always also dry. Haiz... So many bad habit of mine. Gotta change before I get fatter and unhealthy. Do you know that shit also can tell you that how many toxic in your body? Black is the worst and yellow like the banana colour is good and healthy. I know its disgusting but to know more about your inner body you have to take notice. :D I wonder how many KG am i now. D: Ok still same 49KG. I NEED TO KEEP UNTIL 40 KG! Have to give a limit to myself now.

SAY NO
1. No fast food
2. Less meat
3. No oily food.
3. No CHOCOLATE! T.T
4. NO SWEET! T.T
5. Not gonna eat school food cause too fucking oily. Its true :]
6. No Chocolate biscuit
7. No Junk food
8. No Ice-cream
9. No COOKIES! T.T
10. NO CAKES! T.T

SAY YES
1. More fruit
2. More vegetable
3. More plain water
4. Drink less sugar drinks
5. Exercise more and more
6. Eat more cereal as a junk food
7. Drink more green tea
8. Sleep early
9. Drink more milk or yogurt
10. SMILE always! XD

Wanna get healthy and be slimmer I've got to do all this! And I wanna watch movie with my babes with no boys!!! Ish. Now so busy tuition. Tuition until no time to go out with friends. Only every Saturday after tuition then go pavilion. Wanna see me go pavilion la every Saturday! XD
